excel vba for shifts managment

I'm kind of new in vb scripting... I need to build an excel form that gets a list of workers (arround 30) and place them in shifts (first on weekends and then on regular days). the workers should write near they names if thay have a date that I shouldn't put them on and after all of this the script have to scramble automatic the names and put them on shifts, in the next order: 1. check who didn't do weekend shifts in the last months 2. check if the worker have a problem with the specipic date 3. if 1 and 2 are Ok - put the worker in the weekend shift. 4. exact the same for every other weekend. 5. than put the regular days shifts after checking "2" condition.

that's my problem.... any help ? 10x
