Excel Macros! I need a list created if a value in column H is equal to to greater than 1

I am a complete newbie when it comes to VBA and macros within excel 2007. I need to generate a list from within an active sheet in an excel workbook that copies a row if a value in column H (or G depending on which sheet I use) is equal to or greater than 1 and pastes that info in a separate sheet.
