Creating a open source Systematic Review system?

I hope you are well. I am interested in building a systematic review software.

It must be able to:

1. Extract data from various online libraries.


2. Sort this information based on the date the paper was published.


3. Do D-Data Duplication (remove the papers that are the same.)


4. Allow multiple people to comb through the data to decide which papers to keep in and why. This will all then need to be collated and different decisions will need to be flagged.


5. The extract the data into an excel spreadsheet.

I plan to build this tool in python. Any advice/help would be appreciated.
