Excel open xml sdk - Selecting the schema

I use excel open xml sdk 2.5 to manipulate excel file.

My problem is that when there is an error opening it at the excel application it "fixes" the file (without a detailed log on the errors it found) and changes the xml schema completly so it's very hard to tell what exactly changed (I.E performing a text comparison to pin out the difference and focus on the problem).

My question is: How do I enforce the SDK to use the same schema that excel 2013 uses?
