Optimal route for fusion table map [on hold]

I have got an excel file with Dutch Postal Codes/ zipcodes and i have loaded tis in google fusion tables into a map. The result now is a map with around 800 point on a map. the next thing i need to do is cluster the points that are close together and then find an optimal route for the points that are shown.

Some extra details: i loaded an excel file into fusion tables with about 800 (Dutch) zipcodes. Then i set these zipcodes as a location, so they can be loaded into a map. Now i have a map (of Holland) with 800 points on it, The next step is to cluster the points that are close together, because my goal is to find an route between about 7-8 points. The hard thing to do about clustering is that first there must be point made that is exactly in the middel of the 7 closest points. that is the first step, I hope someone can help me with that !
