automating document generation based on fixed variables

ive been searching for the best way to do this.

Basically i want to generate a pdf based on some fixed (optional) variables.

All these variables would have a checkbox so basically you tick it and it adds that paragraph of text to the document.

Basically when i work with my clients there are maybe 20 differant services we do for them and the manager details also differ. So id like something that i can just tick the services and which manager and then auto generate the document in a few clicks
