Record automated tasks for websites and extracting data

I need a software or web based application that will do the following:

1. 
   

   Go to a website after I login, copy some data from it to an excel file. Then it will need to "click" on the next page button to continue doing the same.

   
   


2. 
   

   According to an excel file. Copy text and paste it in the search of a website, the website will show a search result and click on the first then copy a text from this page and paste it back in the excel in the same row.

   
   


3. 
   

   Download a file from ftp, upload it to another server, then go to a page and click few links.

   
   

If possible, all this task I prefer they will run in the background so I can keep using the PC.
