Sending Tweets Using VBA [on hold]

I'll try to rephrase my question. I have two data bases, one with House members and the other with the Senator members twitter handles on them. What I would like to do is find code that I could use to grab the Congress Person Twitter handle and send them a Tweet. I would like to send the same Tweet to the 435 members of the House and another different Tweet to the 100 members of the Senate. I know I may have to have a timer in it to send only 50 Tweets an hour or so.

I have two databases, one has 435 names and the other one has 100 names on it. Both have all of the twitter address on it. I am looking for a way to send a the same Tweet to each one. This is NOT SPAM. Some will be Thanks You for doing something. Is there a way to SEND tweets easily from either EXCEL or ACCESS using VBA. I am looking for any sample code that will work. Again this is not going to be to doing any SPAMMING. If you look at the numbers you might be able to figure out who I'll be contacting.
