VC++ COM unable reading cross referring cells of two sheets of same excel file

Actually this COM component is already working well on windows 2003 server but when I deployed on windows 2008 server it is throwing error of only on one column which referring data from another sheet of same excel file. this COM is being called via Classic ASP files. Is there any setting for such cells

any help would be appreciated.
