Online sheet that updates sheets on network

I have an 2 offices each with a different network. Each office only has access to their own network. A report i look after which both offices use requires a connection to a staff list spreadsheet so as to update the staff list in the report on a daily basis.

Is there a way i can put the master staff list online and create a link to that from the report so that it will update both offices staff list within the report regardless of whether they have access to both networks? The online staff list will then need to be able to be edited easily as staff names and team names can change on a daily basis.
